En vue d’atteindre ses objectifs Top Technology a commencé par chercher à trouver sur les marchés internationaux des marques leaders dans ces domaines qui garantiraient, d’une part une formation immédiate et un perfectionnement continu dans les usines des fabricants où qu’elles soient, et d’autre part à offrir les prix les plus compétitifs. En plus de son organisation et de sa rigueur dans le travail, Top Technology doit son succès aux relations étroites qu’elle possède avec ses partenaires internationaux (Telefonica, Portugal Telecom, LG Electronics, Network Equipments Technologies, GSI, Stratex…). Ce partenariat est axé notamment sur la formation et le perfectionnement des techniciens ainsi que sur le support technique. Formation du personnel. Le développement de nouveaux produits et services, l'apprentissage des nouvelles technologies, la recherche constante de la satisfaction des clients rendent nécessaire la mise en œuvre d'une politique de formation . Celle-ci se traduit entre autre, pour l'ensemble des commerciaux et des techniciens, par des formation spécialisées de leurs entrées chez Top Technology. Ces formations leur permettent d’acquérir les connaissances nécessaires à leur intégration dans leur poste : stage produits et techniques, formation aux techniques de vente, au relationnel client, etc. Formation continue. Après identification des besoins de formation, Top Technology établit annuellement un plan de formation en relation avec sa stratégie.

Our core business is lake transport, shipbuilding, shiprepair, salvaging, craneworks and we are based in Kamanga (Mwanza, Tanzania) and operate in the areas of the entire Lake Victoria connecting Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. We operate our multipurpose cargo vessels on the entire Lake Victoria connecting Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania transporting a wide range of goods such as fuel oil, heavy mining equipment, cotton and many more. We are also experienced in cable laying and salvaging operations. Kamanga Ferry Ship Yard is located in Kamanga where we successfully built and repaired numerous ships for Lake Victoria during the past decades. In cooperation with the Damen Shipyards Group from Holland, we build modern and certified ships that fulfil your requirements. Our heavy duty telescopic cranes that can lift up to 70 tons are used around various building and construction sites. They have also proven great service on our vessels to perform salvage and construction works on the lake.

Amalgamated Property Services Ltd was incorporated in the year 1999 with a view to provide a wide range of quality property management services in Uganda. The Companies activities are concentrated mainly in and around Kampala and Jinja. It is a limited liability company registered in Uganda in 1999 by a group of Investors who had interests in Uganda since 1950. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Amalgamated Property Services Ltd is fully computerised with all the computers on a network, thus being able to provide online and updated information at all times. Tenants registration, preparation of tenancy agreements, allocation of units, reminder letters and other correspondences are managed by our computerist management systems and all tenants receipts are recorded and transferred into the Tenants Account and Landlords Receipt Account and expenses are also maintained through using our property management software. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS All transactions are manged using our computereised systems and up to the minute trial balances are available. All Terrain Adventures Uganda (ATAU) has been operating since June 2002. We are based at the main gate to Bujagali Falls, 'East Africa's Centre for Adventure'. From there we have taken thousands of people on our unique quad bike safaris, along the banks of the River Nile and into the warm heart of rural Uganda. We also offer tailored safaris elsewhere in Uganda. "The best ATV safaris on the planet". Peter (PK) and Shirray Knight, originally from the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand and Townsville, Australia respectively, settled at Bujagali Falls after several years running trans-Africa overland trips through; North, West, East and Southern Africa. Prior to that they lived in London, UK where PK raced sidecars. It was at race meetings in the UK that they meet Lawrence and Joy Barry who helped ATAU get started in this unique aspect of the Ugandan tourist industry. Lawrence Barry lives in England with his wife Joy. They have diverse businesses under the LMB name. See www.lmb.co.uk All our staff are Ugandans and live in the villages nearby. We strive to provide the best working conditions in the area. Our guides are; Godfrey Okoth, Herbert Kayunga, Mawazi Nsajja and Henry Byende. They have been with ATAU from the start, as they were part of the team of builders who constructed the site. Their friendly outlook and regard for visitors has developed our reputation as the best in the business and they help to make ATAU's safety record second to none. The craft shop and convenience store were added to provide extra facilities to visitors to the area and the All Terrain Café has now been upgraded to provide a better service for our customers. Grace Asio is the smiling face that café customers have come associate with good service and food. John Egisa has now joined us after completing a university degree in business management that was sponsored by ATAU. Extra staff have also been employed in response to an increase in business. DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTIONS. From inception it was agreed with the local councils of each village that we would also make a voluntary 'development contribution' based on a per customer / per village / per trip basis – that is used to fund projects in each village that are of benefit to the whole community. These significant amounts of money have been used for projects such as; building teacher's accommodation, street lighting, tarpaulins for village gatherings, pots and utensils for council uses, repair of water pumps and other projects as specified by the councils. Over the last 2 years we have also been putting money aside to develop a new sports ground for Budondo Sub-County which will be used by all villages in the area. INTO THE FUTURE We now offer ATV/quad bike sales and servicing. We will be importing several different types of new machine for sale. We intend to refresh/upgrade our fleet and will have more second-hand models for sale. Our café has been extended and improved in response to growing demand. We have plans to develop another activity that will be available to families and groups. This will allow us to employ more staff and increase the number of facilities available at Bujagali Falls. ATAU also have plans to create a MX circuit at a location nearer to Kampala, to help develop motor racing in Uganda and provide tailor-made ATV tracks for our customers. Bring it on!
