Geerlofs Refrigeration supplies turnkey cold stores and freezer stores for fresh produce world wide. We work in market segments like horticulture (flower and flower bulbs) agriculture (vegetables, fruits and potatoes) and food processing (meat, fish, vegetables and fruits). We build cold stores at farms, processing areas for the food industry and perishable centres at airports and for road transport companies. We design and build tissue culture laboratories and growth rooms. We have done so over the past 80 years and with an enthusiastic team of 150 people based all over the world. Geerlofs Refrigeration has vast experience in all kinds of refrigerant systems: central or decentral; direct cooling or indirect; working with natural refrigerants like ammonia, propane and/or CO2 as well as environmentally friendly HFC refrigerants. Having knowledge about fresh produce and working with our own software engineers helps us to supply you a system which is best for your business, is user friendly and sustainable. In Nigeria, the name Mandilas became synonymous with Volkswagen vehicles, because Mandilas first introduced Volkswagen into the country in 1953 as the sole importer and distributor. The foundation, on which the Mandilas Group was built in the 1940s, was the provision for a wide range of first-class internationally renowned products and services, used in all spheres of life. Having popularised Volkswagen vehicles through the nationwide network of sales and service facilities of its Motors Division , Mandilas made a vital contribution to Nigeria's industrialisation by initiating the set up of the "Volkswagen of Nigeria" assembly plant near Lagos. Following the closure of the Volkswagen factory, the Division moved to Skoda but has been a Toyota dealer since 2002.The Lagos Island Workshop is accredited to the Toyota quality system, and we are now preparing our 8 other branches in the country to meet this requirement. During 2011 we opened another two branches, in Ilorin and Calabar , giving us 10 in total. We are by far the biggest Toyota Dealer in Nigeria. Lekki opened in 2012 and we have a satellite in Benin.
