100 Hectares Mango Farm for Lease: Ghana

We have a 100-hectare exotic mango farm in Ghana for a 10-15 years leasing to any reliable agricultural group or individual. The farm is producing and we welcome site visit to any interested party. Mangoes produced in this farm are export quality. Export has already been made to England and Libya respectively. Details and photos are available upon request.

Procedures of leasing are as follows:

• Investor and his agricultural experts are invited official to the country for farm inspection.

• All official documents for the land and the farm are presented for verification from the municipal and the Ministry of Agriculture.

• Round table discussions between owners and investor is arranged.

• Financial aspects of the investment is discussed and agreed upon.

• Contract is signed and original leasing documents are presented to the investor in the presence of his attorney and members of the Ministry of Agriculture.

We have 100acres as well mango plantation in ghana. Somanya is one of the mango good zones in the world with two season havesting. You can arrange for meeting. we also have 300acre of farm land close to the Volta Lake (largest manmade lake in the world) 30m drive to Akosombo Dam, 15min to Kpong airfield, 1h to Tema sea port.
