Establishing a Distribution Network in Africa

We are a management consulting company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We undertake a number of projects and pride ourselves on finding key solutions for our international client base. Some of our more common solutions include Due Diligence checks, Country Reports, Economic Advisory, Leadership Development & Training, and Operational Strategy Development. We often assist our clients with establishing route to market strategies, using South Africa as the base for exploring the African market. We have a number of key multinational clients which we assist and whom we willing to disclose through private communication.

At present, one of our multinational clients seeks to distribute a popular ethic hair product into Africa, particularly into Nigeria and Ghana at the moment. The product is extremely popular already and has considerable brand value in Africa. We want to set up partnerships with serious distributors who can buy in volumes and who already have a good local distribution network.
