The building concept: Solid wood structure (core) made out of certified and treated northern pinewood, inside thermal and acoustical insulation, air-flow-box inside/outside and exterior/interior lining either in wood, stone, tiles, plastered or mixed.

The thermal insulation depends on the geo-location so as to counteract perfectly against hot/cold climate and humidity. The concept is adaptable to any kind of architecture or project. You can give them your own idea/draft or choose from many available projects.

The standard housing solution always comes with water/electricity/sewage piping, high quality wooden flooring, basic bathroom equipment, double-glazed PVC windows, doors, pre-installation for the kitchen and a 30-year warranty on the whole wooden structure and roof and 10 year on the rest.
