Wanted Fire Extinguishers

<p>1. SCOPE OF WORK</p>

<p>The Contractor shall supply new, NFPA-compliant uote, in accordance with the quantities and specifications listed below.</p>

<p>This SOW covers supply only. Installation and commissioning will be carried out by the Hotel&#39;s.</p>

<p>2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>All extinguishers supplied shall be fully compliant with NFPA 10 (Portable Fire Extinguishers) requirements.</p>

<p>2.1 General Requirements (Applicable to All Extinguishers)</p>

<p>Each extinguisher must have the following information permanently and clearly marked on the cylinder body:</p>

<p>1. Manufacturing Date (Month/Year)- as required for NFPA 10 lifecycle tracking.</p>

<p>2. Hydrostatic Test Information, including:</p>

<p>o Service Pressure o Test Pressure</p>

<p>o Proof of the last hydrostatic test (certified marking, stamp, or manufacturer label).</p>

<p>3. Operating Instructions in clear English.</p>

<p>4. Manufacturer identification, make and model reference.</p>

<p>5. Extinguishers must be brand-new, less than 12 months from manufacturing date i.e 2026. All extinguishers must include:</p>

<p>&bull; Safety pin and tamper seal</p>

<p>&bull; Pressure gauge (for DCP types) compliant with NFPA color coding</p>

<p>&bull; Wall mounting bracket</p>

<p>2.2 Extinguisher Quantities &amp; Types</p>

<p>A. Dry Chemical Powder (DCP) - 2 kg</p>

<p>Quantity : 50 units</p>

<p>&bull; Must include the date of manufacture (MM/YYYY) and make</p>

<p>&bull; Must display Service Pressure &amp; Hydrostatic Test Pressure on body</p>

<p>&bull; Agent: ABC multipurpose powder</p>

<p>&bull; Compliant with NFPA 10 and EN 3</p>

<p>B. Dry Chemical Powder (DCP) - 9 kg</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Quantity: 165 units</p>

<p>, Must include the dote of manufacture (MM/YYYY) and make</p>

<p>, Must display Service Pressure &amp; Hydrostatic Test Pressure on body</p>

<p>, Agent: ABC multipurpose powder</p>

<p>, Heavy-duty steel cylinder C. CO2 Extinguisher - 5 kg Quantity: 125 units</p>

<p>, Must include the dote of manufacture (MM/YYYY} and make</p>

<p>, Must display Service Pressure &amp; Hydrostatic Test Pressure on body</p>

<p>, Brass valve, discharge horn, anti-freeze rated</p>

<p>, Cylinder must comply with NFPA 10 &amp; ISO 9809</p>

<p>3. SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES</p>

<p>3.1 Product Approvals &amp; Documentation</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Prior to delivery, the Contractor shall submit:</p>

<p>, Product data sheets</p>

<p>, Certificates of conformity</p>

<p>, Hydrostatic test certificates</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>3.2 Material Quality</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>All extinguishers must:</p>

<p>, Be new, unused, and manufactured within the last 12 months</p>

<p>, Comply with NFPA 10 and Nigerian regulatory requirements</p>

<p>, Carry full traceability (batch, serial number, manufacture date)</p>

<p>3 Warranty</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Supplier shall provide:</p>

<p>&bull; Minimum 12-month warranty on all supplied extinguishers</p>

<p>&bull; Free replacement of any defective or non-compliant units</p>
