Our current monthly production capacity is 8,000MT of steel
buildings and 150,000m² of sandwich panels (consisting of PUR
and PIR as core insulation) which allows us to handle large fast track jobs
in the shortest time period.
Since establishment, MBS has supplied more than 40,000 buildings to over 80 countries worldwide (Europe, GCC, Middle East, Central Asia, Indo Pacific and Africa)..
In its quest for higher quality standards, MBS has achieved the ISO 9001 accreditation in Quality Management System, ISO 14001 in Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 in Occupational Health and Safety Management System including the scope of “Design, Manufacture and Supply of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings and Polyurethane Sandwich Panel Claddings”.
Also, in accordance with UKAS accreditation to ISO 17065 Certification, MBS is certified for “Ecosafe E Plus Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Sandwich Panel” by Thomas Bell-Wright and complies with Product Certification Scheme SD03 Exterior Wall Assemblies, Cladding, Curtain Walls, Building Materials, Products and Assemblies.
MBS products are in compliance of EN1090, qualifying Memaar Building Systems to design, manufacture and supply Pre-Engineered Steel Building Structures in compliance to European Construction Product Regulation (EU CPR) 305/2011 and affix the CE mark on MBS products.
