We are committed to the promotion of non-traditional exports (NTEs) from Ghana of products that that include fruits, vegetables (fresh and processed) and other food items, handicraft products, clothing and textiles, other manufactured items, etc. Our outreach includes Ghanaian producers and exporters, as well as importers and investors from around the world.   The Federation of Associations of Ghanaian Exporters is a private, non-governmental, apolitical and not-for-profit organisation established with the assistance of USAID in Ghana. FAGE is the umbrella organisation of exporters of non-traditional exports (NTEs). FAGE's membership comprises over 2,500 exporting firms and individuals. Non-traditional exports are goods and services exported other than cocoa, gold and other mineral resources in their raw state, unprocessed timber and electricity.    FAGE's mission is to facilitate the business of Ghanaian exporting firms by contributing to the development of the non-traditional export sector. FAGE assists exporting firms in developing and marketing their products and in facilitating transactions for people interested in doing business in Ghana.

Japan Motors launched its state-of-the-art assembly plant in March 2022. The plant assembles the complete range of Nissan Navara pick-up and the Foton Light Duty Trucks. customers who opt for these locally assembled vehicles enjoy a 0% VAT rate, a significant contrast to the standard 15% retail VAT applied to imported vehicles—a substantial cost-saving benefit for our valued customers. To facilitate expansion, new strategies were imperative to enter other West African countries. Currently, Japan Motors holds the authorized dealership for Nissan in three neighbouring nations: TOGO, MALI, and SENEGAL, focusing on the sales and promotion of the Nissan brand. Regarding Foton, Japan Motors acts as the official distributor in an extra set of countries, including TOGO, MALI, BENIN, and SENEGAL. Japan Motors is also the official distributor of PEUGEOT in Togo and Benin. New Partnerships Japan Motors has added to its rich portfolio of brands, INEOS Automotive, a manufacturer of INEOS Grenadier. ION Motors (a division of Japan Motors) established in 2022/2023 to handle new partnerships. In the year 2024, Japan Motors is set to incorporate the Geely range of cars into its lineup. This strategic move aims to broaden and deepen the spectrum of transportation solutions available across all our dealerships. It underscores our unwavering commitment to offering diverse, innovative, and dependable transport options that cater to the ever-evolving needs of our esteemed customers.
