In that time we have built, from scratch, many residential and commercial properties. We do all the hard work; all the customer has to do is collect the keys! We currently employ 120 members of staff who are spread out among our various building projects as well as our head office off Kairaba Avenue. As part of our building services we have our own in-house architect who works closely with all our clients to ensure that their exact needs and requirements are met. This service is offered free with all signed contracts. Aside from building construction we also do building renovations, repairs, additions, installations, building maintenance contracts as well as fabricate aluminium and steel windows, doors and other metal structures. For the braver soles among you we can also hire out building machinery for those wishing to build for themselves. The proprietor of Value Engineering is Mr. Adama Samba who is a UK qualified Civil and Structural Engineer with ten years working experience in the United Kingdom and a further 10 years building and construction experience in The Gambia.
